The main goal of the project is strengthening of economic development\nby increase in the competitiveness of the Polog region as a touristic\ndestination, while effectively adapting to the requirements of the domestic and\nforeign markets and contributing creation of new jobs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a part of the project proposal,\nCenter for Development of the Polog Planning Region prepared an Environmental\nand Social Management Plan for the project \u201eFostering Alternative Tourism in\nRural Areas of Polog\u201d<strong>\u201c <\/strong>in order to\nidentify and estimate the potential impacts on the environment of the project\nactivities.
